changes are good. if changes bring fresh perspective, or could result in better and more effective environment. however, it will be dangerous if changes were to be implemented too quickly and dramatically. it would certainly cause rebellious among staff. an organisation wouldn't die because of a staff, but it wouldn't survive for long without staff and especially capable staff. being a new management, many factors should have been taken into account before implementing changes or restructuring plan. making change to an organisation is actually easy, just change the current way of doing things. if somewhere is not right, point a finger at it and yell change. sini tarak betoi, change. so.. lets see how The One is going to deal with all these messes he has caused. Perhaps all these were part of his plan, and curious to know what's next xD

很多人说‘80后’的年轻人，大多数都承受不了大的压力。我认同这看法。我们这年代的人，不需为钱而烦恼。爸妈们都已经为我们的前途和钱途着想了。也许我们太依赖着父母亲吧。最近的富士康(foxconn)，我个人认为，某种程度上反映了这个现象。我们所用的，所穿的，那一样不是父母给的。单靠我的salary,要买车，买屋，供车，供屋，吃喝穿，实在不容易，如果结婚了，肯定饿死老婆‘浑’臭屋。

赚钱真的不容易。当我full time study的时候，看到一样喜欢的，就买。完全没觉得浪费钱的感觉。赚钱很慢，但用钱却非常的快。如果抵挡不了诱惑，肯定扑街。最近觉得自己的责任越来越大，身为儿子，身为一个成年人，已经23岁的我，还依赖着父母亲，真丢脸。

我有很多理想要追求，但没基础。理想和现实还有一段的距离。最近发现思想变了，有点踏实的感觉。做事也认真了很多。
为自己的前途，钱途和理想，在这现实的世界里更努力，更积极。

为了生活我可以忍，你可以看不起我，但不能侮辱我的人格，贬低我的理想，这我不能忍，我要证明我能做得到。

So many ups and downs since i've started work. Didn't expect that I would have the chance to experience all the unexpected. Basically, everyday is a new challenge to me. No matter how nice I plan my work, there is sure 1 or 2 fantastic-bombastic event occurs.

I used to not-to-care my actions, I would follow my direction and my own style of doing things. I've never ever think of all the consequences of my action. I've never think of how others feel. Perhaps I'm selfish, in fact I am.

Just lost a friend of mine, and didnt expect that he would end his life like that. Didnt know him long though, 2 months+. But he is the only one in the company whom I respected the most. He is a 60 yrs old plus uncle. He was a bachelor and was staying alone. Due to closing down of the company and didnt get a sen afta being retrenched (thanks to the stupid fucker directors), he choosed to end his life. I used to advised him when he was still in the company, chit chat awhile with him before he goes for lunch and afta he back from lunch.

Well, I dunno how to describe my feeling now. I thought by sharing things out and nothing is unsolvable. But sometimes we do have to face the reality, and for the past 23 years, I've been living on my own imagination, thought everything also 'no problem'. Everything can cincai punya, everything also is tak apa punya.

But NO !!! Don't be optimistic, don't be pessimistic, be realistic.

I'm growing up everyday. THanks for the opportunity to experience all the abovementioned events.

this week was my 3rd week of work, fyi, im currently doing liquidation for a hardware & machinery company near old town. The company is forced to be wound up by court order, after one of the shareholder presented a petition to the court. Basically, we took over the operation of the company, we are responsible to collect payments, pay off all debts and expenses, in short, we are the 'new boss'. There are 2 firms involved, Deloitte KassimChan and Rabin & Associates from KL. We are joint liquidators.

I'm with my senior for the past 2 weeks, but this week onwards, my senior will no longer with me, and i have to work alone there, directly accountable to senior partner and partner. Im nervous like hell, there are many things that i dunno, and im scared to ask my boss. Instead, i ask those employees there. Ofcoz, they look down on me, but i keep asking them lol.

Come to think of it, this was a great learning opportunity to me. I'm in charge of all the business transactions, collect payments from debtors, phone them up and chase for payment, being chased by creditors, pay salary, count stocks, secure the company premises and handle people there.

Handling people was the major challenge. The company has around 15 staffs including 2 directors. This company showed me the real world, the reality of the world. I'm being kutuk-ed gao gao there, luckily i'm not a malu or shy guy, still can take it, but what to do, many things i tak tau ma, like a blur small kid in client's office LOL. Im still learning, and i promised to myself, one day i will no longer bully or 'har' by others, neEeeh ~~~ LOL.

Joined Deloitte on 13th this month, hmm first day itself also has many things to do. I'm still very blur in the office and in client's place, there are many things to learn, my seniors and managers have no time to give me training, I have to guide myself in order to catch up the flow of work. All i need to do is "observing and following". I worked 10 hours on the first day of work, I didnt expect that, I'm kinda overwhelmed by the geng jeong-ness and the pace of the office. Luckily my manager, principal and my seniors are friendly, we chat, we eat together and we work together. The Partner is frenly too xD

I have 2 days to calm myself down, have a temporary break, trying to figure out what i've done for the past 3 days and trying to figure out what to do next. Hope i can blend with the office culture >.<

Alright, today is the last day of 2009, the day you should look back and assess what you've done and achieved during the year. So moment of truth here, literally i achieved nothing, i failed my exams, and quite a number of unhappy moments happend during the year too. Well, i cant blame others, i failed my exams because im the one who sat for ehm, im the one who caused all the unhappy moments. I had been thinking too much (way too much) throughout the year, where to work, how to work, what to work, when to work, how to be rich, how to earn money etc instead of concentrating on my studies. The December sitting was terrible, especially P3. It wasn't that hard, but hell of an easy this round, but i just did't do well. Because the questions were so easy, I tried to come out with the best answer, but i didn't, at certain point, my mind went totally blank. I started to panic, i looked at others around me, they were writing as though they were copying directly from the examiner's answer. From there, I lost my focus, but i forced myself to continue writing. So i think my answers were, to some extent, out of logic.

Alright, forget about exam. Now lets talk about... hmm.... incidents I encountered during the year and consequently the conclusion of each incident.

#1 Don't Trust Anyone.

Sundra told me once before, it made no sense to me that time. But slowly, i realized that, the saying is true. Trust no one, each of everyone of us has our own agenda. I myself would do something that is against a so-called 'promise'. Especially you girls, always be skeptical. You girls have many boxes and links inside your head, but we guys have only one box and link, sex! So beware of others, we men have nothing to lose, but you girls are different story. Ofcoz, this is not always the case, when we truely love a girl, we wouldn't just think of sex. So, always be skeptical, and don't simply trust what others said.

#2 Admit your mistakes.

If you are wrong, just fucking admit it. Stop blaming others. Actions speak louder, you can give tons of excuses, but we have eyes, we can see. So stop giving all the fucking nonsense excuses.

#3 Save more, spend less and invest.

I should save more, spend less on unnecessary items and invest more than i spend. Shares are probably the most amazing financial instrument or vehicle has ever invented. I'm learning how to invest in shares now =)

#4 Differentiation

We like to be different. We are by nature, pursuing differentiation strategy. We wear different cloths, we comb different hair, we just want to be different from others. We want to be different in order to attract the opposite sex, we want to stand ahead of the crowd. But, we are already different. Just be yourself, you are different! You are beautiful, when you are who you are.

**Above are just my personal opinion, they are controversial, not 100% true, and don't trust whatever i said. Your discretion is advised. =P

Lets talk about the present. My OBU is still pending, at the same time, I'm confused when to apply for job. Maybe I should wait after result.

Ermmm... dunno what to write already, even though i got alot things wanna write LOL.

这次从新加坡检查回来依然是不好的成绩，变糟糕了一点点，唉，每次都是这样。。怪也只能怪自己不够爱惜自己的身体，没有遵从医生的指示。突然记得妈妈说的一句话：要命自己顾，5个简单的华文字却组成一句强而有力的意思。

以前埋怨父母为什么把我带来这个世界，受尽其他人不必受的苦，讨厌自己是一个地中海贫血病患，一直幻想如果我不是这样就不用每晚打针，如果我不是这样我就不用时常输血，一切的如果都希望发生在睡醒以后的那刻，但如果却没有发生，我依旧是那个患有地中海贫血症**。

一开始的打针输血都是哭哭啼啼，很不希望到医院，很不喜欢夜晚的来临：日子旧了就变成麻木了：再过一段日子麻木再次演变成恐惧了。每次打针的部位都会肿到像鸡蛋，没有过几天又得打同一个部位，伤口上撒盐就是这比喻吧，所以它变成了我每次偷懒不打针的原因。科技确实是越来越发达，只可惜我却没有发达的钱去追求它的步伐。

小时候不喜欢对别人说自己是地贫者，怕被人看不起，怕被歧视。上体育课，也不希望有什么特别待遇
，我只想活得和别人一样，是正常的。

死亡的气息从小到大一直笼罩着自己，看着朋友一个一个地离开，猜想自己会是第几个？在中学的时期是人生中最灰暗的日子，自己放弃了一切活下去的动力，放弃珍惜自己的生命，放弃打针的日子，觉得时间对我来说是多余的，因为时间的长短只可以决定我的生命短或长，只希望盼望自己是下一个遇见死神的人。这思想，这态度，回想起真的要不得。也许每个人都有自己灰暗的一面吧。

所以我乐天派的个性不是我与生俱来的，是我后天被激发出来。很开心自己可以变成更加积极，更加开朗，感染其他人之余，对自己也很有帮助。生命的长短其实是不那么重要，但重要的是过程是否活得精彩。只可惜人是贪心的，我希望我拥有更加多的时间。现在的我拥有许多东西，而且很不甘心就这样离开，太多太多的东西等待着我去完成，我不能倒在这里。盼望上帝给我更多的时间去完成我的人生。现在我很满足现有的一切，我有一个美满的家庭，有一班很支持我的朋友，有一个很爱我的另外一半。

如果再次问我是否是一名地中海贫血者，我可以很骄傲的对你说：我是！！！才发现原来一开始不是怕被别人歧视而是打从一开始自己已经看不起自己了。地中海贫血是我人生的一部分，而我也是它的一部分，我很骄傲我是地中海贫血者，因为它让我拥有一个不平凡的人生。别人能够有的成就，我也一样可以达到，而我拥有的成就，别人却可能不能拥有！要加油了，不能再像以前那样子，要活命就靠自己吧！！！活下去！！！！！！！！！！！！

Divisional performance and transfer pricing issues: this chapter has been a key issue in P5 exams so far, often appearing as a compulsory question. ROI, RI, EVA or even ABC could feature here. watched 2012 today, it was a great movie, eventhough the movie was kinda long, 2 hours and 45 mins but worth to watch it twice. A small river used to flow close to their monastery. Walking slowly, meditatively they came across the river. There was no boat men in the river.

Instead of boatmen, one beautiful young lady was waiting for the boat man to cross the river. The Sun was about to set and darkness was spreading its kingdom.

They waited for some time for the boat men and eventually decided to cross the river on their own. One monk who was Young carried the lady on his shoulder and three of them crossed the river. On other side of river, lady thanked the monks and went on her way and two monk started moving towards their monastery meditatively.

Meditation the very breath of their all actions. After some time Old monk broke the silence "I will tell everything to master"
The Young Monk asked surprisingly "what will you tell to master"

my uncle (mama side) came back from kota kinabalu last saturday, not to celebrate raya with us, but to have a last gathering with all of us.

he was diagnosed with colon cancer. Doctor said he has only 6 months left to live.

Cant say vv close to my uncle,

but i still remember how he make jokes all,

and ask my cousin go buy him cigarettes when he was busy with mahjong LOL

the last time i saw him was during my grandma's funeral,

my grandma was also died of colon cancer.

it was only ... a year ago i think,

I was facing life for the first time. I was 12 years old, but I felt like a 20 year old. I knew then what life was.

This was actually a more difficult job, but the prospects were better.

I was confident about the bright prospects of the plastics industry and I told [my boss] that I would like to start my own business. I already knew a lot about the plastics business, including the technology, the market and sales.

The first year, as I didn’t have much capital, I did everything myself, which kept my overhead low.

Buying land is not like buying antique. It is not the only deal available.

But how many times have you heard that Cheung Kong’s finances were in trouble over the last fifty years? Never; the reason is, we are always prepared for the worst. That is my policy.

I wasn’t lucky. I worked hard to achieve the goals I set for myself.

Vision is perhaps our greatest strength. It has kept us alive to the power and continuity of thought through the centuries; it makes us peer into the future and lends shape to the unknown.

I had a clear intention of taking over one of these companies with underperforming assets and developing it into a multinational corporation.

I bought land with my own cash. If somebody invites me to be a partner, and I take only 15% to 20% as a minority stakeholder, they would perhaps get a loan from the bank. But I had no personal debt. At that time, when Cheung Kong went public in 1972, the company had almost no debt. The interest income would continue to accumulate, while interest expense on the loan would be repaid monthly. So you see, our corporate finance is very conservative and prudent.

You can believe in Fung Shui if you want, but ultimately people control their own fate. The most important thing is to improve yourself and give it your best. Then many things previously thought to be impossible will become possible.

Broaden your vision, and maintain stability while advancing forward. That is my philosophy.

Times were really tough in the beginning. When I started my business in 1950, I only had HK$50,000, so I was in a tight spot financially. I already had some work experience, but I had an advantage in competing with other companies – I was willing to learn the latest industry trends.

has mistakenly uploaded the names of all applicants as successful candidates.

when the students and parents turned up at the university,

they were told there were no places for them.

den hor, USM admitted it was a technical error.

im sure the parents and students fcuk the whole university upside down d.

The governmental Women’s Development Depart

ment plans to ask Parliament to ban "emotional violence" against women, who currently have legal protection against physical assault only, The Star newspaper reported.

Women’s groups told the department that husbands who "demonstrate a pattern of causing mental and psychological damage" should face counseling, fines and jail terms, Ivy Josiah, director of the Women’s Aid Organization, told The Associated Press."

Bought Dale Carnegie's book yesterday
the title caught my attention
How to Win Friends & Influence People

As david said, human relations are important
i deeply agreed with him
what i believe is,
we all should learn how to deal with people
Donald Trump was probably the SiFu
in dealing with people.

i just finished the first chapter of the book
and then i reflect on what i've done recently.
and ofcoz i regret for what i did.

Carnegie says that criticism is futile.
Criticism puts a person on the defensive state
and makes him strive to justify himself.
It is dangerous coz it wounds a person's precious pride,
and hurts his sense of importance.

Criticisms are like homing pigeons, they always return home.
the person we are going to correct and condemn will probably
justify himself and we in return, get condemned.

Abraham Lincoln was regarded as the most perfect ruler of men on earth.
However, he used to criticise others via letter and in newspaper.
One day, one of his victim (James Shields) confronted him,
he wanted a fight with Lincoln, but Lincoln cant get out of this,
he was given the choice of weapons, and prepared to fight to the death.
at the last minute, their seconds interrupted and stopped the duel.

After this incident, Lincoln stop criticise others.
This is one of his quote after the incident:
"Don't criticise others, they are just what we would be under similar circumstances."

and recently i criticise someone badly
i criticise what he should not do
i even condemn him
and ofcoz,
in return i get condemned.

we try to justify ourself.
we wound each others
in terms of precious pride and our sense of importance.

been really pissed of someone's attitude.
stop fucking judge people!
u stop fucking expect what others should do
i believe that everyone of us may do things differently

my way of doing things (study) is different.
if u think my way of doing things or study is wrong or weird....
just look at my result, result dont lie

i like acting sakai in front of people, coz i like the laughter
i like to make people laugh

when i wanna achieve something, i will find my way to get it

when people do things without taking into account of the consequences

well, others may think that they are doing things correctly
but dun judge others if they do it differently..

in college, one lecturer for example
his way of teaching may be good for certain group
he likes to spend first hour of the lecture class
"motivate" students
when i talk to him, he thinks he is always right

to know whether u're doing things correctly,
just look at the result! result dont lie
this lecturer, he keep teaching his way
well, what happen? the passing rate of his class was blardy low
who's fault u think? student? lecturer?
i think both's fault

i spent one and a half year for part 2 ACCA
first sitting i took 4 papers, passed 2 and failed 2
in second sitting, i took 3 but failed all
after that i sat down quietly and assess what is working and not working
and finally in third sitting, i passed all remaining 4 papers.

during the year, i know which class is not important, which class i can skip
but i do my own ways, if i follow what the crowd do,
i will end up like that, unless i do things differently
actions produce results
actions are always different, if u follow what others do, u will achieve what they achieve
i assess who is working and who is not working
and den i do it my way
so for those who know me
i always skip classes, i even skip class to play dota
but i know what im doing
i have set clear goals for what i want
if u judge a book by its cover,
im an asshole who skip classes,
and i will never pass my exams

but got one particular person,
he is so convinced that im a sakai
well, i dun really care what my friends say about me
but he is close to me, he knw me for quite long ago
but just that what he did recently pissed me, and felt disappointed

so what i wanna say is
DUN JUDGE OTHERS BY THEIR APPEARANCE
if u're open minded, try study them, look at the results they produced.
as i said, result dont lie.

when im writing this, im damn pissed,
so just wanna release out here
